Possible causes

DMARC never published
Record placed at the apex instead of _dmarc
Wrong domain (parked vs sending domain)

How to diagnose

Query TXT for _dmarc.<org-domain>
Confirm the organizational domain for your From addresses

How to fix

Publish monitoring DMARC (example): v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@example.com
Ensure SPF/DKIM are ready so reports are actionable
Add rua authorization if using an external receiver

How to verify

_dmarc TXT resolves with v=DMARC1
Aggregate reports begin arriving within a few days
