Readers should know how Empire decides what appears on the platform. This policy describes our standards for educational content — not a marketing playbook.

We prioritize durable systems knowledge: authentication, DNS, reputation, warmup, deliverability mechanics, and operational workflows. We avoid growth-hack framing, unverifiable “secret sauce,” and content whose only purpose is search ranking.

Claims that depend on standards, RFCs, or provider guidelines should point to those authorities where practical. When practice outruns published documentation — common in deliverability — we say so rather than invent a false citation.

Empire Core links concepts, problems, workflows, and tools through typed relationships. Presentation layers may reorder navigation for learning journeys, but they must not fabricate relationships the graph does not support. Orphaned recommendations are a defect, not a feature.

Status markers such as needs-verification or sparse domains are honest signals. Expanding coverage carefully beats shipping confident pages that cannot be defended.

Empire may reference commercial tools and services in Toolbox and elsewhere. Inclusion is editorial, not paid placement, unless clearly disclosed. Consulting relationships do not rewrite educational explanations to favor a client’s product.
